Tampa's 2nd Annual Urban Bike Race

Speed. Excitement. And yes, a little blood.

A criterium, or crit, is a bike race held on a short course (usually less than 5 km), often run on closed-off city centre streets. The "Crit" course in Tampa includes several fast turns along paved and bricked roads. In the center of the crit course is Lykes Gaslight Park. Lykes Gaslight Park and the streets of Downtown Tampa will serve as the center with the races and festival for spectators and vistors alike . The streets will be closed all day for the fast paced racing, but there is definitely something for everyone!

This year ECO.lution's ECO.festival has joined with the Tampa Twilight Criterium to create an entertaining and educational event in the streets of Downtown Tampa, March 27, 2010.
